This charming Victorian style cottage was previously a frontier
cabin and one room schoolhouse and is now located on a former
buggy horse ranch. Experience quintessential country
elegance...Our country cottage features romance, tradition and
charm of a historical landmark. Enjoy vintage family linens,
antique photos, and charming stories from the family
plantation. The historical integrity and character of the cabin
have been lovingly restored. Miss Lissia's is a romantic retreat

| The cottage is a private non-smoking
bed & breakfast, featuring a queen sized Victorian highback
bed, antique clawfoot bathtub, charming parlor area, delightful
tearoom and gingerbread porch. A delicious European-style breakfast
for two is available in the parlor, a beautiful breakfast table
is set with vintage china and roses from our garden. Afternoon
tea is also available. Miss Lissia's Bed & Breakfast showcases
a special mini-archives, " Silk Petticoats, Pinafores &
Pantaloons," a collection of precious family heirlooms, photographs
and stories from the plantation. A poignant and heartwarming
look into the past and a romantic look at yesteryear...Visit
our "Romantic Remnant of the Old West, " and learn
the historical saga of a prominent southern family. It is our
fondest hope that you will experience the graciousness of the
antebellum plantation life, by enjoying the stories passed along

San Angelo, TX near the farming and ranching community of Water Valley. Miss Lissia's is a short distance from Goodfellow Air Force Base and Angelo State University.
